Our plan review may include:

• Review of Land Development and Subdivision Plans for Municipal Clients
• Review to ensure compliance with all Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO), Zoning, Stormwater Management requirements and applicable Municipal Ordinances
• Preparation of clear and concise review letters outlining comments for Municipal Planning Commission members to assist in the Plan Review Process
• Provide step by step advice to both Municipal clientele and applicant to make the plan approval process as transparent as possible
• Attend Municipal Planning Commission Meetings
