GVC annually delivers successful roadway improvement projects as well as multi-year capital expense plans for the upgrade and planning of a municipal roadway system. The focus of these projects is not just to recognize the best method of improvement, but also to justify and prioritize the project to be compatible with available sources of funding. Our staff has significant expertise with regards to pavement analysis, project development and implementation of street rehabilitation projects.
