JOSEPH P. ROGOSKY, PE, PRESIDENT – Over 29 years of experience as a Client and Project Manager, and is responsible for serving as the Municipal Engineer for several municipalities in Berks County, Pennsylvania.  As a municipal engineer and municipal planner, is responsible for attendance at municipal and planning commission meetings, and completion and supervision of each project. Supervises the company’s civil engineers, surveyors and support staff to complete projects efficiently.

KENNETH L. FULMER, PE, PLS, VICE PRESIDENT – Over 45 years of civil engineering experience with an emphasis on traffic engineering projects. Proficient in managing traffic projects, including highway design, traffic signal design, realignment and improvement projects.

TERRENCE J. NAUGLE, RA, VICE PRESIDENT – Brings over 35 years architectural experience to Great Valley Consultants.  Responsible for the oversight and management of all municipal architectural and code enforcement projects for the company.  As Staff Architect, has completed and supervised the design and construction of numerous public and private facilities. Responsible for the management of the company’s Design-Build services and Uniform Construction Code Services.

ERIC D. MCCRACKEN, PE, ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT – Over 18 years of experience as a Project Manager with Great Valley Consultants.  Technical expertise focuses on municipal water supply and municipal wastewater assignments.  Experience with municipal water supply and municipal wastewater projects, including oversight and management of projects from design through construction.
