GVC provided complete design and permitting for the replacement of an existing culvert along Henne Road with a concrete area culvert. The project is located in Jefferson Township, Berks County. The new culvert improved the existing flooding condition, including the reconstruction of Henne Road and associated improvements. GVC also provided construction phase services for the project.
