  • Work closely with Owners, Developers, Realtors during the due diligence and conceptual design phase.
  • Provide alternate conceptual/sketch plans to assist client with how to best develop/subdivide property.
  • Prepare Preliminary and Final Land Development Plans including, but not limited to:
    • Land Development Plans
    • Stormwater Management Design
    • Highway Occupancy Permitting
    • ESPC/NPDES Plans
    • DEP Permits
    • Floodplain Studies
    • Traffic Impact Studies
    • Subdivision Design and Plan Preparation
    • Zoning Hearings
    • Construction Phase Services
    • Project Management
  • Client Representation to all reviewing agencies assisting with plan approval.
